Jordan Binnington would be a surprising trade for the St. Louis Blues to make. Binnington backstopped the Blues to the 2019 Stanley Cup. He's also been solid for Team Canada in recent years. That could appeal to a contender, which is the opposite of what the Blues are at this point in the season. Binningtons contract includes a 14-team no-trade clause and runs through the end of next season." About half the NHL can acquire Binnington without needing his approval. St. Louis likely has some of those teams on the phone right now to make this happen.
